Romeoville village is offering various e-Government services from video streaming and archiving of village board meetings to paperless agenda packets , electronic newsletters and online forms.

The most recent e-Government service provides an easy way for residents and businesses to make suggestions, request information, and/or request action. Residents can visit the website, www.romeoville.org and click on eGOV Resident Service Requests. A list of Action Line Request types will be provided. Once the information is entered and submitted, the Action Line Request is given a tracking number that appears on the screen for the submitter. With the use of this number, the submitter can check the status of the request at any time. The submitter will also receive a confirming e-Mail and status updates. The request is then automatically routed to the appropriate department and staff member. Additionally the software also allows staff members o make sure that requests are responded to within a timely manner.
