A provider of IT, 3i Infotech is working with the Goa government to implement the state's Integrated Information Infrastructure (I-3) Project.

Under the I-3 project, the Goa government has launched the GoaOnline portal, which will allow citizens to access services through the Internet. The project involves the setting up of 208 Citizen Service centres (CSCs) and state data centre. 3i Infotech will build and operate the project under the State Government's guidance as a public-private partnership (PPP). The project will also allow Goa citizens to access G2C services through both CSCs as well as a Web interface. The project will also provide various B2C and B2B services. A wide range of G2C services will be made available through the CSCs and the GoaOnline portal and will encompass various government departments like Goa Tourism Development Corp., Office of the Commissioner, Labor and Employment, Municipal Administration Department, Panchayats, Public Works Department, Settlement and Land Records, Transport Department, Commercial Taxes Department and the Electricity Department.
