In line with the state government’s vision, Elets Technomedia is proud to organize 2nd eJharkhand Conference in Ranchi on 4th October 2016. The aim of this conference is to see participation of key stakeholders from various sectors such as IT, Smart City, Aadhaar, PSUs to discuss and deliberate on the future growth path of Jharkhand’s success story. A special edition of eGov, Asia & Middle East’s premier magazine on IICT for governance is launched during the conference. This issue has highlighted visionary thoughts of the key policymakers from various departments of the Jharkhand government establishment, as well as highlighted the opinion of industry leaders from across India. Apart from that, eGov’s this special issue has also tried to focus on various state government’s initiatives on the use of ICT & eGovernance for good governance. Success stories from Haryana, Karnataka, Telangana, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh have been featured in this issue. We, through conferences, publications & knowledge portals, have been trying to spread
