Preparations for the third annual African e-government Forum to be held in Rwanda in March have begun. The three-day event will give an opportunity to Information and communication technologies to voice their views, insights, knowledge and share experiences at the forum.
The World Bank has given about US$424 million to Eastern and Southern African countries for a program designed to improve regional communication infrastructure and increase the deployment of e-government.
Soon, the courts of Rwanda will be facilitated with digital recording to reduce the cost of doing business in the country and act as a catalyst to increase both local and foreign investments.
