A 20-member delegation from Iraq, led by its Science and Technology Minister Abdul Kareem El-Samarai, is in this tech hub for a firsthand account of the e-Governance projects used for community development and as an interface between the government and citizens.
Union IT & Communications Minister Kapil Sibal inaugurated a rural service centre (RSC) in Badshahpur village recently. The RSC set up by a private telecom infrastructure firm, as per the PPP model, will facilitate education through internet, telecom services, healthcare and e-governance-related services in rural areas.
The technology can be used to monitor movement on the roads and track different vehicles carrying drugs and medicines. Steria and Neology are looking forward to working with the Indian Government and the pharmaceutical industry to track and manage usage of critical drugs – both from avoiding expiry of drugs and from correct usage by the correct consumer.
