Going a step ahead of e-Ticketing, the Indian Railway is thinking on the lines of introducing home delivery of tickets. Indian Railway is in talk with Reliance Infocomm for developing a programme to make ticketing via SMS possible. The Railway Ministry believes that this could turn out to be a money churner.
