India: HRD ministry rejects OLPC idea of MIT Media Lab
The Human Resources Development (HRD) Ministry of India has strongly disapproved the idea of ‘one-laptop-per-child’ (OLPC) being aggressively marketed by Nicholas Negroponte of MIT Media Laboratory.
