Mr. Qamar Zaman Kaira the Federal IT Minister has said that the present Government of Pakistan desires to use IT to bring about greater efficiency and transparency within the government, streamline the functioning of the government and at the same time facilitate the citizens by providing them services at their doorsteps.
Union IT and Communication Minister A Raja said “As per the 11th Five Year Plan, the Centre has allocated a sum of INR 40o,000 million for implementation of e-Governance across the country.”
