CSCs to be rolled out by April 2008 in Haryana (India)

The 11th National Conference on e-Governance was held from 7 to 8th February 2008, at Panchkula, Haryana, India. Himanchal Pradesh (India) has entered into new era of e-Governance with the launch of the Himanchal Pradesh Statewide Area Network (HIMSWAN). HIMSWAN is the second largest state-wide network in the country, which will link all government departments up to the panchayat level.
