The Tamil Nadu Government has announced the transfer and new postings of 16 IAS officers, making a significant reshuffling within the state administration. The officers, representing various batches, have been reassigned to key positions across different departments and municipalities.

1. S. Sheik Abdul Rahaman (2017 batch) moves from Commissioner, Corporation of Avadi, to Joint Commissioner of Municipal Administration.
2. Durga Moorthi transitions from District Revenue Officer, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, Chennai, to Joint Commissioner (Administration), Commercial Taxes.
3. K Karpagam (2014 batch) shifts from Collector, Perambalur District, to Joint Secretary, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.
4. Kavitha Ramu (2014 batch) is now the Director of museums, previously MD Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited.
5. R Ambalavanan (IA&AS) has been appointed Director of Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute from MD, POWERFIN.
6. H Krishnanunni (2012 batch) moves from Joint Secretary, Finance Department, to Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts.
7. Dr. N O Sukhaputra (2017 batch) will now serve as Commissioner of the Corporation of Tirunelveli, transitioning from Additional Collector (Development)/Project Officer, DRDA, Tiruvallur.
8. H S Srikanth (2016 batch) is appointed Commissioner of Corporation of Hosur, from Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Public (Elections) Department.
9. Dr. S Anu (2017 batch) moves to Commissioner, Corporation of Cuddalore, from Deputy Secretary (Protocol), Public Department.
10. Ranjeet Singh (2016 batch) is now Commissioner of the Corporation of Salem, previously Additional Collector (Development)/Project Officer, DRDA, Nagapattinam.
11. S Kandasamy (2009 batch) is assigned as Commissioner of Corporation of Avadi, from Reception Officer and Joint State Protocol Officer, State Guest House, Chennai.
12. R Sadheesh has been appointed Additional Collector (Development)/Project Officer, DRDA, Erode, replacing GM (Marketing), Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Chennai.
13. K Vivekanandan (2006 batch) transitions from Commissioner of Handlooms to Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
14. Hanish Chhabra (2006 batch) has been assigned the position of Managing Director, New Tiruppur Area Development Corporation Limited, from the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
15. A Sivagnanam (2010 batch) will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, transitioning from Additional Secretary of the Public Department.
16. S. Amirtha Jothi (2011 batch) is appointed Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, from Director of Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute.
