Amidst a minor administrative reshuffle in the state, the Government of Tamil Nadu issued transfer and posting orders of two IAS officers on February 17.
T Anand (IAS 2009-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Public (Elections) Department. Anand is presently serving as Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department.

Ajay Yadav (IAS 2010-Batch) has been given the charge of Joint Chief Electoral Officer (IT), Public (Elections) Department. He is currently posted as Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department.
