CBRC issues e-Bank management measures

The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) has issued the e-Bank Service Management Measures which defines e-banking and its business ranges and stipulates the conditions, requirements and procedures for financial institutions.

The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) has issued the E-bank Service Management Measures and the e-Bank Safety Evaluation Guide and will formally put them into force on March 1, 2006.
