As per the official order, the following officers have been reassigned:

Rajeeva Shukla — transferred from Delhi to Puducherry
Vivek Agarwal — transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir
Anoop Thakur — transferred from Delhi to Puducherry
Saumyaketu Mishra — transferred from Delhi to Mizoram
Asha Choudhary Malhotra — transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir
Vikas Ahlawat — transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir

The order also specifies a clear timeline, directing that all officers must be relieved from their current postings within 15 days, ensuring smooth and timely transition.

Such reshuffles are part of the Centre’s broader effort to maintain administrative efficiency across the AGMUT cadre, which covers Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, and Union Territories. By rotating officers across regions, the government aims to bring fresh perspectives and strengthen governance at the ground level.

The latest transfers are particularly significant for regions like Jammu & Kashmir, where experienced administrative leadership plays a crucial role in governance and development.
