The Haryana government has transferred 35 officers, including nine IAS and 26 HCS officers, in a reshuffle covering Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) in eight districts and Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) in five locations.
Two transfer lists were issued by the government led by Nayab Singh Saini. The first list included six IAS and 21 HCS officers, while the second list covered three IAS and five HCS officers.
ADCs Reassigned in Eight Districts
New Additional Deputy Commissioners have been posted in Palwal, Gurugram, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Jind, Kaithal, Ambala and Mahendragarh.
Dr Subhita Dhaka (IAS, 2004 batch) has been appointed ADC, Palwal. Brahmjeet Singh Rangi (IAS, 2016 batch), earlier Administrator, HSVP, has been posted as Chief Vigilance Officer, HSVP. Sonu Bhatt (IAS, 2021 batch) has been appointed ADC, Gurugram, with additional charge as Additional Managing Director, HSIIDC, and CEO, Global City Project, Gurugram.
Vivek Arya (IAS, 2021 batch) has been posted as ADC, Kurukshetra. Yogesh Kumar Mehta (IAS) has been appointed ADC, Karnal, while Pradeep Kumar-2 (IAS) takes charge as ADC, Jind. Dr Sushil Kumar-2 (IAS) has been posted as ADC, Kaithal. Virat (IAS) has been appointed ADC, Ambala, with additional charge as Special Officer, APZ Ambala. Tarun Kumar Pawaria (IAS) has been posted as ADC, Mahendragarh.
SDM-Level Changes
At the SDM level, Abhinav Siwach (IAS) has been posted as SDM, Bahadurgarh. Pradeep Ahlawat-2 (HCS) has been appointed SDM, Tosham; Anil Kumar Doon (HCS) as SDM, Pehowa; Anil Kumar Yadav (HCS) as SDM, Indri; and Apratim Singh (HCS) as SDM, Hathin.

Preeti Rawat has been appointed City Magistrate, Palwal, while Pradeep Kumar-3 has been posted as SDM, Karnal.
Other Appointments
Yogesh Kumar (IAS) has been appointed Commissioner, Karnal Municipal Corporation. Gaurav Kumar (HCS) has been posted as Secretary, State Election Commission, Haryana. Jaideep Kumar has been appointed Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). Bharat Bhushan Gogia has been posted as Additional Director, MSME Department.
Sushil Kumar-4 (HCS) has been appointed CEO, Yamunanagar District Council and DRDA, along with charge as Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Dheeraj Chahal has been posted as Joint Director, Mines and Geology Department, while Suresh has been appointed Joint Director (Administration), Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar (Nuh).
Appointment orders for Dr Vaishali Sharma, Ravi Meena (IAS), Ashok Kumar and Naseeb Kumar (HCS) are to be issued separately.
