The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of 35 senior officers at the Joint Secretary/Joint Secretary-equivalent level (Level 14 of the Pay Matrix). The appointments cover diverse central ministries, departments, and institutions, marking a major reshuffle in India’s administrative leadership.
