Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has secured investment commitments worth ₹6,650 crore from Universal Success Group on the first day of his visit to Singapore, marking a significant push to attract global capital into the state’s infrastructure and digital economy. The agreements are expected to generate employment for more than 20,000 people and accelerate development in key sectors such as housing, logistics, and data infrastructure.
Three Major Projects Planned in Uttar Pradesh
The investment includes three Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) focused on strategically important projects across the state.
International Theme-Based Group Housing near Jewar Airport

During discussions in Singapore, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted Uttar Pradesh’s policy stability, improved connectivity, and rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem. He invited Universal Success Group to consider establishing the data center in Lucknow as well, assuring full government support to facilitate investments.
Boost to Employment and Regional Growth
Together, the three projects are expected to generate large-scale direct and indirect employment, stimulate local businesses, and create new opportunities for small industries and service providers. Officials believe the investments will also catalyse further global partnerships and reinforce Uttar Pradesh’s position as an emerging industrial and technology hub.
