Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday inaugurated a series of development projects and laid foundation stones for new works valued at ₹113 crore, marking a fresh push to strengthen civic infrastructure and public services in the city.
The projects include a mix of completed facilities that were opened for public use and new works that will soon move into the construction phase. These initiatives focus on improving roads, community facilities, drainage systems, public spaces and essential urban services across several parts of Gurugram.
Officials said the projects have been designed to address the growing needs of the city’s expanding population. With Gurugram continuing to develop as a major business and residential hub, the state government is focusing on upgrading core infrastructure to ensure smoother service delivery.
Addressing local representatives and residents, the Chief Minister emphasised the importance of timely execution and quality standards. He said the government’s priority is to ensure that public infrastructure projects translate into real improvements in daily life.
