The Rajasthan Government has signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) worth over ₹35 lakh crore during the three-day Rising Rajasthan Global Summit 2024. On the concluding day of the summit, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma announced that the government will present a comprehensive report card on the status of these MoUs on 11 December 2025, marking a year since the event.
Addressing the summit, the Chief Minister emphasised the transformative impact of the agreements, underscoring the state’s commitment to fast-tracking development. “The ₹35 lakh crore worth of MoUs will be implemented with full vigour, ensuring Rajasthan emerges as a key industrial and economic hub. This summit marks the beginning of a new chapter in our growth story,” he declared.
Highlighting the state’s progress, Sharma noted, “With 53,000 kilometers of roads, nine greenfield motorways, and a thriving startup ecosystem, Rajasthan is on a mission to become a powerhouse of economic and industrial development within the next four years. Our seriousness and speed in implementing these projects will reflect in the report card we present in December 2025.”
The summit, held from 9 to 11 December in Jaipur, attracted global investors, policymakers, and industry leaders, including prominent names like Mukesh Ambani (Reliance Industries), Anil Agarwal (Vedanta Group), Anand Mahindra (Mahindra Group), Kumar Mangalam Birla (Aditya Birla Group), and Karan Adani (Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd.).

Major investment announcements included Vedanta Group’s ₹1 lakh crore commitment to expanding zinc and oil production and Adani Group’s ₹7.5 lakh crore plan to bolster Rajasthan’s economic infrastructure.
