In a fresh bureaucratic arrangement in the state, the Chhattisgarh government has reshuffled seven IAS officers.

Priyanka Shukla (2009 batch): Previously Director of Veterinary Services and Director of Technical Education, Employment & Training, Shukla has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Director of Health Services, with an additional role as Special Secretary, Health and Family Welfare.

Sanjeev Kumar Jha (2011 batch): Serving as Director of Samagra Shiksha and Director of Civil Aviation, Jha will now also be the Managing Director of Text Book Corporation.
Remejeus Ekka (2011 batch): The Balrampur-Ramanujganj Collector has been reassigned as Director of Veterinary Services, with added responsibilities as Special Secretary in Urban Administration & Development.

Divya Umesh Mishra (2012 batch): Continuing as Director of Public Instruction, Mishra will also serve as Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Mission Director of the State Literacy Mission.


Jagdish Sonkar (2013 batch): The former Joint Secretary has been named Mission Director of the National Higher Education Mission.

Rajendra Kumar Katara (2013 batch): Previously managing various roles including Director of the State Council of Educational Research, Katara is now appointed as Collector of Balrampur-Ramanujganj.

Rituraj Raghuvanshi (2014 batch): The outgoing Commissioner-cum-Director of Health Services will take over as Director of Technical Education, Employment & Training.
