Six IAS transferred in Kerala, Anu Kumari appointed Collector Thiruvananthapuram

In a recent administrative shuffle, the Government of Kerala has transferred six IAS officers, including three District Collectors.


Sheeba George (2013 batch), previously the District Collector of Idukki, is now the Additional Secretary in the Revenue Department. She will also hold full additional charges as Commissioner of Housing and Secretary in the Kerala State Housing Board.

V Vigneshwari (2015 batch), formerly the District Collector of Kottayam, has been appointed as the District Collector of Idukki.

Geromic George (2012 batch), who served as the District Collector of Thiruvananthapuram, will now serve as Director of the Backward Class Development Corporation.


Anu Kumari (2018 batch), the previous Director of the Kerala State IT Mission, is the new District Collector of Thiruvananthapuram. She will also chair the monitoring committee for resolving rehabilitation issues related to the Vizhinjam port project.

John V Samuel (2015 batch), who was Director in the Backward Class Development Corporation, is now the District Collector of Kottayam.

Sriram Venkataraman (2012 batch), previously the CMD of Supplyco, has been reassigned as Joint Secretary and OSD in the Finance (Resources) Department.
