Vishnu Deo Sai


In a significant political development, Vishnu Deo Sai, a well-known tribal leader within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Chhattisgarh, has been elected as the Chief Minister of the state. This decision was made during a crucial meeting of 54 newly-elected Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) held in Raipur on December 10.

Vishnu Deo Sai, recognised for his dedication to tribal issues and his extensive political experience, emerged as the chosen leader of the BJP’s legislative party during this pivotal gathering. His election marks a significant milestone in Chhattisgarh’s political landscape, as he is set to lead the state in his new role as Chief Minister.

The Bharatiya Janata Party defeated the Congress Party in the recently held election in Chhattisgarh. Apart from winning Chhattisgarh, BJP also won Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh whereas Congress emerged victorious in Telangana.
