In a significant administrative reshuffle, Manuj Goyal, a distinguished officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the 2012 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre, has been appointed as the Additional Secretary of Rural Development in Uttarakhand. He previously served as the Commissioner of Municipal Commissioner in Dehradun.
During his illustrious career, he has held various key positions, including District Magistrate of Rudraprayag and Chief Development Officer of Almora. His vast experience and expertise make him a valuable addition to the Uttarakhand Rural Development department.
