In a bid to realign the administrative lineup of the State, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has issued orders to transfer 16 IAS officers at the Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary levels and assigned them new charges.

1. Sanjeev Kumar Mittal serving as Additional Chief Secretary, State Tax Department has been made the Chairman of the Revenue Council.
2. Arvind Kumar, presently holding the post of Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Infrastructure and Industrial Development has been made the Commissioner for Infrastructure & Industrial Development. Kumar will also look after the additional charge of the existing post.
3. Narendra Bhushan has been assigned the post of Principal Secretary, Public Works Department. He is presently serving as the CEO of the Greater Noida Authority.
4. Currently serving as Commissioner of Meerut Division, Surendra Singh has been given the additional charge of the post of CEO of Greater Noida.
5. Nitin Ramesh Gokarn, Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, will assume the post of Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning.
6. Deepak Kumar has been transferred and assigned the post of Principal Secretary, Basic Education.
7. Manoj Kumar Singh has been transferred and posted as Agriculture Production Commissioner. He has also been assigned the charge of State Mission Director (Urban), Swachh Bharat Mission.
8. Amrit Abhijat presently posted as Principal Secretary, Vocational Education and Technical Education Department has been transferred and appointed as Principal Secretary, Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Program.
9. Rajesh Kumar Singh has been transferred and given the post of Principal Secretary, Horticulture and Food Processing Department. He is presently serving as Principal Secretary, Transport Department.
10. L Venkateswara Lu has been made Principal Secretary Transport. He is currently posted as Director General, Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management, Lucknow.
11. Neena Sharma has been made Director of Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management, Lucknow.
12. M Devraj, Chairman, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Energy and Additional Energy Resources Department.
13. S Radha Chauhan, currently posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Finance Commissioner, will take over the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, State Tax Department.
14. Rajnish Dubey has been made Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Milk Development, Fisheries, Livestock and Coordination.
15. Subhash Chandra Sharma has been made Principal Secretary, Technical and Vocational education. Also, he will take up the charge of Skill Development.
16. Sudhir Garg, presently serving as Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry, has been transferred to Revenue Department in the same capacity.
