MP Govt Assigns New Charges to 8 IAS Officers

The Government of Madhya Pradesh, on February 1, ordered a minor reshuffle in the administrative lineup of the state. Amidst the reshuffle, eight IAS officers have been assigned new charges.


  1. Sanjay Gupta (IAS 2007-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)-cum-Commissioner-cum-Registration, Cooperative Societies. He will also take up the post of Managing Director (MD), State Cooperative Oilseed Growers Federations Limited, Bhopal.
  2. Ilayaraja T (IAS 2009-Batch) has been shifted to Jabalpur and assigned the charge of Collector for the region.
  3. Karmveer Sharma (IAS 2010-Batch) has been transferred and given the post of MD, Energy Development Corporation, Bhopal.
  4. Manoj Pushp (IAS 2011-Batch) will take over the post of Collector, Rewa.
  5. Rishi Garg (IAS 2013-Batch) gets the post of Collector, Harda.
  6. Raghavendra Singh (IAS 2013-Batch) has been shifted and given the post of Collector, Alirajpur.
  7. Neha Meena (IAS 2014-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Additional Collector, Neemach.
  8. Himanshu Chandra (IAS 2015-Batch) will assume the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zila Panchayat, Shahdol.
