The Government of Bihar on Monday, February 21, issued orders to assign additional charges to three senior IAS officers.
1. Chaitanya Prasad (IAS 1990-Batch) has been assigned the additional charges of the General Administration Department (GAD) and Director, Bihar Administrative Reforms Commission. Presently, Prasad is serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department.
2. K K Pathak (IAS 1990-Batch) is serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department. He has been given the additional charge of Managing Director (MD) of Bihar Public Administration and Rural Development (BPARD).

3. Sandeep Kumar (IAS 2006-Batch) will be taking over the charge of the Secretary, Road Construction Department in additional capacity. Kumar is the present Secretary of Labour Resource Department.
