The Government of Andhra Pradesh, on July 23, gave a go-ahead to a major administrative reshuffle in the state. The move led to the transfer and posting of 16 IAS officers across the state including five districts getting new Collectors.

1. D Muralidhar Reddy (IAS 2006-Batch) has been given the post of Vice Chairman and Managing Director (MD), Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC).

2. Vijay Rama Raju (IAS 2012-Batch) has been appointed as Collector and District Magistrate, YSR Kadapa district.

3. Chevvuri Hari Kiran (IAS 2009-Batch) has been made Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari district.

4. Vadarevu Vinay Chand (IAS 2008-Batch) has been appointed as CEO, Dr YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.

5. Dr Mallikarjuna A (IAS 2012-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Collector and District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam district.

6. Dr M Hari Jawaharlal (IAS 2005-Batch) gets the post of Commissioner, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R).

7. A Surya Kumari (IAS 2008-Batch) has been made Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram district.

8. G Veerapandian (IAS 2009-Batch) has been given the charge of Vice Chairman and MD, Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation.

9. P Koteswara Rao (IAS 2009-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Collector and District Magistrate, Kurnool district.

10.K Venkata Ramana Reddy (IAS 2013-Batch) has been posted as Metropolitan Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA).

11. Sumit Kumar (IAS 2014-Batch) has been appointed as Joint Collector, Rythu Bharosa and Revenue (RB&R), West Godavari district.

12. Dr B R Ambedkar (IAS 2015-Batch) has been given the post of Joint Collector, RB&R, Srikakulam district.

13. P Arjun Rao (IAS 2013-Batch) has been posted as Director, Handlooms and Textiles.

14. Dr G Vani Mohan (IAS 1996-Batch) serving as Principal Secretary (Endowments), Revenue Department has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Endowments.

15. Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar (IAS 2016-Batch) has been appointed Joint Collector (RB&R), Chittoor.

16. M Prabhakar Reddy (IAS 2013-Batch) has been posted as Vice Chairman and MD, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.
