Arvind Kumar Kundalia has been posted as Secretary, Technology Development Board (TDB) on Monday, November 9. Kundalia will serve as Secretary for a tenure of three years from the commencement of his posting. He is, currently, serving as Senior Principal Scientist, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Headquarters, New Delhi.
