Two 1989 IPS becomes DGP, PK Aggarwal becomes Chief of Haryana State Vigilance Bureau

In Chandigarh, the two 1989 batch IPS officers, Muhammad Akil and RC Mishra have been promoted to the ranks of Director General of Police (DGP). Akil has been posted as DGP Crime, whereas, Mishra has been appointed as Managing Director, Haryana Police Housing Corporation and Director, Forensic Science Lab (FSL), Karnal.

Moreover, amidst the bureaucratic reshuffle in Haryana, PK Aggarwal has been appointed as the new Chief, Haryana State Vigilance Bureau as KP Singh, the previous chief, retired on June 30.
