Heading for a major administrative reshuffle, the Government of Haryana has issued transfer and posting orders of as many as 18 IAS and seven HCS officers with immediate effect.

List of IAS Officers Transferred

Amneet P Kumar has been transferred as Director General (DG), Medical Education and Research and Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department. Kumar is presently serving as DG, Secondary Education and Secretary, School Education Department.

Sumedha Kataria, the present Commissioner, Panchkula Municipal Corporation has now been transferred as Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board.

 J Ganesan who is currently serving as Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board has been given the charge as Director, Secondary Education and Secretary, School Education Department.

Dusmanta Kumar Behera has been appointed as Managing Director (MD), Haryana State Co-operative Supply and Marketing Federation (HAFED).

Rajiv Mehta has been posted as Chief Vigilance Officer, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP)
and Urban Estates, Haryana.

Ram Kumar Singh has been given the charge as Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh.

Nishant Kumar Yadav has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Karnal Smart City Ltd.

Pradeep Dahiya has been given the additional charge as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, Special Officer, APZ, Faridabad and Secretary, RTA, Faridabad. However, Dahiya’s present duties will persist.

Mandeep Kaur has been posted as Director, Archaeology & Museums and Additional Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department.

Pratima Chaudhary has been transferred as Additional Controller, Civil Defence, Ambala and CEO, Shivalik Development Agency, Ambala.

Anish Yadav has been handed over the charge of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Hisar and Secretary, RTA Hisar.

Vikram has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rewari and Secretary, RTA, Rewari.

Mahavir Singh, currently the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal and Secretary RTA, Kaithal (Designate) has been given the charge of Commissioner, Panchkula Municipal Corporation.

 Jagdish Sharma has been appointed as Commissioner, Sonepat Municipal Corporation.

Virender Lather has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar and Secretary, RTA, Yamunanagar.

Lalit Kumar has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat and Secretary, RTA, Sonepat.

Uttam Singh has been handed over the charge of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa and Secretary, RTA, Sirsa.

Rahul Hooda has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Karnal.

List of HCS Officers Transferred

Dinesh Singh Yadav has been given the charge of Additional Director (Administration) Higher Education, Haryana.

Vivek Padam Singh has been posted as Additional Director (Administration), Social Justice and Empowerment.

Surender Singh-I has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and Secretary RTA, Nuh.

Jag Niwas, presently serving as City Magistrate, Rohtak and General Manager, Milk Plant, Rohtak has now been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar and Secretary RTA, Jhajjar.

Satbir Singh Kundu has been transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal and Secretary RTA, Kaithal.

Sushil Kumar-I has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Panipat.

Ashok Kumar Bansal has been handed over the charge of  Additional Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Secretary RTA, Karnal.
