Mini lockdowns twice a week in UP to control COVID


In the wake of the rising number of Coronavirus cases, the government of Uttar Pradesh has taken a major decision to prevent further transmission of the disease. The Yogi Aditynath-led Government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to implement mini lockdowns as an effective measure to control the pandemic.

Further, the government has announced that a mini lockdown will be observed in the state every weekend. The weekly lockdown will be of two days in a week and during the imposition of the lockdowns all the offices and marketplaces including malls and local markets will remain close.
