The Government of Uttar Pradesh has transferred as many as 20 IAS officers across the state. Alok Kumar-III (1998-Batch) and Sanjay Prasad (1995-Batch) have been appointed as the secretaries of Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath.

Additional Chief Secretary for Science and Technology Kumar Kamlesh (1986-Batch) has been transferred as to the Planning and Programme implementation department.

Sanjay R Bhoosreddy, 1989-Batch officer has been appointed as the Sugarcane Commissioner, replacing Manish Chauhan. He would continue to hold the posts of Principal Secretary, Sugar Industries, Invest Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Excise.

Manish Chauhan (2000-Batch) has been appointed as the Food & Civil Supply Commissioner.

Mukesh Meshram (1995-Batch), Secretary, Medical Education, has replaced Garg as the Lucknow Divisional Commissioner.

Divisional Commissioner Anil Garg (1996-Batch) has been posted as the CEO of Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC).

1997-Batch officer Surendra Prasad Singh has been given the post of Joint Director, Youth Welfare Department.

Vikas Gothalwal has been appointed as the Managing Director of Jal Nigam. The 2003-Batch officer was the Secretary, Urban Development Department, prior to this appointment.

Shyam Sundar Sharma (2006-Batch) has been appointed as the Special Secretary, Civil Defence and Political Pension Department. His erstwhile post was Member (Judicial), Revenue Council, Prayagraj.

Bhavna Srivastava, 2008-Batch officer, has been appointed as the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, Lucknow. She was earlier the MD of Uttar Pradesh Small Industries Corporation.

Dr Rupesh Kumar, 2009-Batch officer has been appointed as the Special Secretary of Health Education.

Rajesh Kumar II has been posted as the Special Secretary, Sports. The 2009-Batch officer was holding the post of Additional Land Management Commissioner, Board of Revenue. He is also the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, Prayagraj.

Ram Manohar Mishra, 2009-Batch officer and Special Secretary, Rural Development Department has been posted as the Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue,Prayagraj.

Sanjay Khatri, 2010-Batch officer has been appointed as the Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam. At present, Khatri is the Special Secretary, Home & Jail Department.

Ram Yagya Mishra, 2010-Batch officer, has been named the MD of Uttar Pradesh Small Industries Corporation. Earlier, he was holding the post of Additional Food Commissioner.

Surendra Ram, 2010-Batch officer has been posted as the Special Secretary, Public Works Department. He was serving the post of Rural Development Department Secretary prior to this.

Mahendra Bahadur Singh (2011-Batch), Special Secretary, APC Branch, has been transferred as Additional Commissioner, Sugarcane.

Ramesh Ranjan, 2013-Batch, has been appointed as the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam MD. He would be replacing Khatri.

Chandrashekhar, Special Secretary, Basic Education has been transferred as the Additional Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal.
