Gyproc India is a strong advocate of “Make in India” and in Jan 2018 launched its fourth and largest gypsum manufacturing facility with an investment of nearly Rs. 350 crores at their new site in Jhagadia, Gujarat. This facility is the largest gypsum manufacturing plant in India till date with an annual capacity of 30 million square metres, higher than any gypsum based company in India. With the launch and inauguration of the Jhagadia plant in Gujarat, Gyproc has strengthened its presence and in the process to increase its penetration in India. The entity already has three more plants in India located in the states of Haryana, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

As a sustainable and environment friendly product offerings, Gyproc works on the life cycle analysis that helps assess the environmental impact of our products and is the first to have an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for its product in India. The entity has also been recognized for its skill development initiatives that works towards bridging the gap between the need and availability for increased demand for skilled manpower. Gyproc India, an early adopter of Digital technologies like BIM (Building Information Modelling) which seamlessly addresses clients design and material requirements.
