Amidst a minor administrative reshuffle on February 21, the Government of Bihar has issued orders to appoint Additional Chief Secretary Dr S Siddharth as the Principal Secretary (PS) to the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar.
Siddharth, an IAS officer of 1991-Batch, continue to hold the additional charge of the Finance Department in the same rank. He will take over the charge from the incumbent PS Chanchal Kumar (IAS 1992-Batch) who will be relieved to go on central deputation.
