The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has given approval on the Centre’s request to appoint Sanjay Malhotra as Secretary to the Government of India for the Ministry of Finance.
Ahead of the posting orders issued on February 8, Malhotra, an IAS officer of 1990-Batch of Rajasthan cadre, was serving as Chairman and Managing Director, REC Ltd.
