Minor bureaucratic rejig in Bihar, Govt transfers 5 IPS officers

The Government of Bihar, on July 27, issued official orders to induce minor reshuffles in the state’s bureaucracy transferring five IPS officers across the state.


Lalan Mohan Prasad (IPS 2004-Batch) has been given the post of Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Kosi Range, Saharsa.

Jitendra Mishra (IPS 2004-Batch) has been transferred and posted as DIG Home Guard-cum-Fire Services.

Rajesh Tripathi (IPS 2005-Batch) has been assigned the charge of DIG, Economic Offences Wing.


Ravindra Kumar (IPS 2005-Batch) gets the post of DIG, Saran, Chhapra.

Pranav Kumar Praveen (IPS 2007-Batch) has been made DIG, Champaran Range, Bettiah.
