Following the promotion orders from the Government of West Bengal, Naveen Kumar Chandra (IAS 2018-Batch) took charge as the Milk Commissioner of West Bengal on this National Milk Day, November 26. The IAS officer tweeted about his new charge calling it a coincidence.
