Rahul Narwal, IAS officer of 2016-Batch of Haryana cadre, has been allotted the additional charges of Municipal Commissioner of Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri districts, over his current duties. Narwal is currently serving as the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri.
