Chhattisgarh govt transfers 7 IAS officers

Following the transfer and posting orders issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh, seven IAS officers in the State were allotted new charges.

1. Amrit Kumar Khalkho (IAS 2002-Batch) has been given the charge of Secretary, Agriculture Department and the additional charges of Secretary to the Governor, and Commissioner, Agriculture and Sugarcane.

2. S Prakash (IAS 2005-Batch) has been posted as Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department. He has also been given additional charge of Director, Jal Jeevan Mission.

3. Mohammad Kaiser Abdul Haq (IAS 2007-Batch) has been given the charge of Special Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development. Haq will also hold the additional charges of Commissioner, MGNREGA, and Director, Panchayat.

   
   

4. Kumar Lal Chauhan (IAS 2009-Batch) will assume the charge of Joint Secretary, Forest Department. Chauhan has also been allotted with the additional charges of Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission and Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department.

   

5. Ranu Sahu (IAS 2010-Batch) will take up the charge of Commissioner, Excise Tax and the additional charge of Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Tourism Division.

6. Nilesh Kumar Mahadev Kshirsagar (IAS 2011-Batch) has been appointed as Collector, Gariaband.

7. Chandan Kumar (IAS 2011-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Collector, North Bastar Kanker.
