Followed by the recent unrest in the national capital, as many as 14 officers have been transferred in a recent bureaucratic reshuffle across Delhi. The officers belong to the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and Union Territories) cadre.

Dr G Narendra Kumar, 1989-Batch, has been given the charge of Department of Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (DSCSC) as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). Kumar presently holds the position of Principal Secretary, NCT of Delhi.

Sanjeev Khirwar (1994-Batch), who is presently the Principal Secretary of Health & Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) has been appointed as the Principal Secretary, Environment and Forest.

H Rajesh Prasad (1995-Batch), Commissioner, Trade and Taxes has been transferred as Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Director, Local Bodies with additional charge of Principal Secretary, co-operation.

A 1996-Batch IAS officer, Manisha Saxena has been appointed as Secretary, Education, Secretary (Directorate of Training and Technical Education) and Secretary Higher Education. She has also been given an additional charge of Secretary of Art, Culture and Language department. Saxena presently holds the position of Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Director of Local Bodies.

Sandeep Kumar (1997-Batch) who is the present Secretary (Education), GNCTD has been transferred as Secretary, Finance and has been given additional charge as Secretary, Planning also as Secretary, IT and Managing Director, Geospatial Delhi Ltd.

Manoj Kumar, 2001-Batch officer has been transferred as Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) along with the additional charge of Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Labour. Kumar is presently Managing Director (MD) of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), GNCTD.

Vikas Anand (2002-Batch) is present Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Industries, NCT of Delhi has been given additional charge of Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation (DSIIDC) as MD and as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB). Anand also gets additional charge of Secretary, Tourism.

Padmini Singla (2002-Batch) presently holds the position of Secretary, Power Department, NCT of Delhi. She has been transferred as Secretary, Health and Family Welfare. Singla has also been given the additional charge of Secretary, Power.

Vivek Pandey (2003-Batch) has been transferred as Commissioner, Trade and Taxes. Pandey is presently serving as Secretary, GAD, NCT of Delhi.

Garima Gupta (2004-Batch) who is presently serving as MD, Delhi Schedule Castes Finance and Development Corporation (DSFDC) has been transferred as MD, DTC with additional charge of MD, SRDC.

Shilpa Shinde (2006-Batch), the present Special Commissioner of Trade and Taxes Department, NCT of Delhi has been given additional charge of Member Secretary, Delhi Commission for Women and Director (Training), UTSC.

Udit Prakash Rai, a 2007-Batch IAS officer (AGMUT) has been transferred as MD, DSFDC. He is presently serving as Director (DAM) & VC (DAMB), GNCTD.

Neha Bansal (2010-Batch) is the current Deputy Commissioner (West) Revenue Department has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary of Art, Culture and Language. Bansal has also been given the charge as GM, DCCWS Limited and additional of Director (DAM) & VC (DAMB), GNCTD.

Patil Pranjal Lahensingh (2017-Batch) has been appointed as SDM, Vasant Vihar, Revenue Department.
