Tejinder Singh Dhaliwal, Labour Commissioner, Punjab and in addition Special Secretary Science Technology & Environment has been made State Transport Commissioner, Punjab.
The 2007-batch IAS officer replaces MK Arvind Kumar, IAS.

The reshuffle, carried out across the State of Punjab, also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard of key departments of the State.
