The Centre will reportedly organise a day-long workshop on August 28 to train employees on various e-governance initiatives including Digital India.
“The workshop aims to generate awareness about the various provisions of e-governance and ensure its effective implementation,” an order by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.

The workshop will cover National Optic Fiber Network (NoFN), Digital India, IT infrastructure and e-governance related best and innovative practices, etc.”
The workshop will be conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management in collaboration with the Centre for Innovations in Public Systems – an autonomous organisation.
