Former SBI Chairman OP Bhatt has joined Tata Steel as additional non executive independent director.
His appointment will come into effect from June 10, 2013.

He was formally the Chairman of State Bank of India. Bhatt hanged up his boots after a five-year stint as SBI chief on 31 March 2011.
