Saudi Chief of Intelligence Prince Muqrin stated that delays of recent initiative decreases the quality of online governmental services. He also claimed that system does not have any fault.
While speaking at the second National Conference on e-Health, Asharq Al-Awsat stated that if there is failure in the implementation of the e-Governance, it is not the system that is responsible but some bureaucrats who do not want efficiency and achievements. The planned improvements in e-Governance are intended to simplify the formalities of government services and minimise the burden of the Kingdom's people. With the implementation of the e-Health system and the assigning of numbers to each citizen's health card, healthcare would be speed up.
