In a significant late-night administrative exercise, the Madhya Pradesh government transferred several senior IAS and State Police Service officers, signaling continued efforts to strengthen governance, streamline departmental responsibilities, and ensure efficient service delivery. The reshuffle involves major reassignments in departments such as Public Works, Revenue, Labor, and Technical Education, as well as high-level changes within the Lokayukta and Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) network.

Major IAS Transfers:

• Sukhveer Singh (IAS, 1997 batch): Relieved from the Election Commission, appointed as Principal Secretary, Public Works Department (PWD); Neeraj Mandloi relieved of additional charge.

• Sanjeev Kumar Jha (IAS, 1996 batch): Appointed as Chief Electoral Officer of Madhya Pradesh; was serving as Member, Revenue Board, Gwalior.

• Raghuraj M R (IAS, 2004 batch): Transferred from Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment Department; appointed as Secretary, Labor Department; Umakant Umrao relieved of additional charge.

• Anil Suchari (IAS-SCS, 2006 batch): Secretary, General Administration, appointed as Commissioner, Sagar Division.

• Mukesh Chandra Gupta (IAS, 1998 batch): Secretary, State Human Rights Commission; given additional charge as Member, Revenue Board.

• Vivek Kumar Porwal (IAS, 2000 batch): Principal Secretary, Revenue; given additional charge of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment Department.

• Rajesh Kumar Mishra: SP Lokayukta Gwalior → AIG PHQ

• Samar Verma: ASP Jabalpur → SP EOW Ujjain

• Anil Vishwakarma: SP Lokayukta Ujjain → SP EOW Jabalpur

• Pallavi Trivedi: AIG EOW HQ Bhopal → AIG PHQ

• Sanjay Sahu: SP Lokayukta Jabalpur → AIG PHQ
