The Haryana government has transferred or reassigned 31 IAS officers, impacting leadership across key departments and public sector enterprises. The move includes changes at the level of Additional Chief Secretaries and Commissioners, reflecting a strategic alignment of portfolios to strengthen governance and policy execution.

Key Highlights of the IAS Transfers:

• Mohammad Shayin, Commissioner & Secretary, Public Health Engineering, given additional charge in the Finance Department.

• Ashima Brar, Commissioner & Secretary, Excise and Taxation, also assigned Finance Department duties.

• CG Rajini Kaanthan, Commissioner & Secretary, Human Resources, to assist in Finance Department functions.

• Raja Sekhar Vundru, ACS, Agriculture, transferred as ACS, Fisheries.

• Pankaj Agarwal, Commissioner & Secretary, School Education and Chief Electoral Officer, posted as Administrative Secretary, Agriculture (subject to EC approval).

• Vineet Garg, ACS, Higher Education, gets additional charge of School Education.

• Vijayendra Kumar, ACS, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, posted as ACS, Co-operation, continues as OSD, Haryana Income Enhancement Board & ACS (Appointments), Personnel Department.

• Amit Agrawal, Commissioner & Secretary, Public Relations, given additional charge of Industries and Commerce, relieving D Suresh, who is now Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs & Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan.

• Saket Kumar, Additional Principal Secretary to CM, gets additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Development and Panchayats, and MD, Haryana Power Generation Corporation.

• Amneet P Kumar, Commissioner & Secretary, Civil Aviation and Department of Future, assigned additional charge of Foreign Cooperation.

• Rajeev Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Labour, given additional charge of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship.

• Yash Garg, Director General, Industries & Commerce and MSME, posted as MD, HSIIDC, replacing Sushil Sarwan, who becomes DC, Sonepat, relieving Manoj Kumar-II, now Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration.

• Sanjeev Verma, Director General, Sports, given additional charge of Ambala Divisional Commissioner, relieving Anshaj Singh.

• J Ganesan, DG, Housing for All, gets additional charge of MD, HVPN, relieving Ashima Brar.

• Atul Kumar, Secretary to the Governor, receives additional charge of Transport Commissioner, relieving DK Behera.

• Anshaj Singh, DG, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, given additional charge of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.

• Shaleen, MD, Haryana Warehousing Corporation, now also MD, Haryana Tourism Corporation.

• Rahul Narwal, Special Secretary, IT, Electronics & Communication, gets additional charge of Director, Rural Development.

• Sahil Gupta, Administrator, HSVP Faridabad, to take over as DC, Bhiwani from June 30, after the retirement of Mahavir Kaushik.
