Sumadhura Group signs MoU with Telangana Government for ₹600 Crore Industrial Park

Sumadhura Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Telangana to develop a 100-acre Grade A+ industrial and warehousing park, with an investment of ₹600 crore over the next two years.


The agreement was signed at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 held at Bharat Future City.

The proposed park is planned as an integrated industrial ecosystem aimed at attracting global manufacturing companies in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce. According to the company, the project is expected to generate around 8,000 direct jobs as operations expand over the next two years.

Sumadhura Group Vice-Chairman Ramarao Kalakuntla said the investment aligns with Telangana’s industrial policy framework and the state’s long-term economic vision, with a focus on advanced manufacturing and innovation-led growth.

Vice-President, Industrial & Warehousing, Vamshi Karangula said the industrial park is being designed as a future-ready facility with a focus on sustainability, operational efficiency and access to Telangana’s logistics network, including cargo infrastructure and regional connectivity.


As per the company release, the park will include modular plug-and-play units, scalable manufacturing blocks, dedicated logistics zones, green development standards and supporting internal infrastructure.
