B Mugunthan has been recommended for the post of Director (Finance) at Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL), according to officials familiar with the selection process.

An official involved in the process said the recommendation has been forwarded to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for final approval.
