
S Divyadharshini Appointed Director in Economic Affairs Department
IAS officer S Divyadharshini (2011-batch, Tamil Nadu cadre) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Economic Affairs, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme. She will serve a five-year tenure from the date of assuming charge or until further orders. The order mandates her immediate relief from current duties, and as per ACC guidelines, she must join within three weeks of the DoP&T’s appointment order to avoid debarment from the Central Staffing Scheme.
Kumar Saurabh Raj Re-designated as Director in Civil Aviation Ministry
IAS Kumar Saurabh Raj (2011-batch, Punjab cadre), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry. This personal upgradation is effective from the date of assumption of charge and will remain valid until January 24, 2028, completing his five-year tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme. He has been on central deputation since January 25, 2023.
Haryana Chief Secretary Vivek Joshi Assigned Additional Charge
IAS Vivek Joshi (1989-batch, Haryana cadre), Chief Secretary of Haryana, has been given additional charge as Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi. He currently oversees crucial portfolios, including General Administration, Human Resources, Personnel & Training, Parliamentary Affairs, and Vigilance, while also serving as Secretary in charge of Plan Coordination. This additional role further strengthens his leadership in the state’s administration.

Guriqbal Singh (IPS: 2012: AGMUT) appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for a four-year tenure.

Shashi Kajle (IRS IT: 2007) appointed as Director in the Department of Economic Affairs, Delhi for five years.

Raghavendra Pal Singh (IRS C&IT: 2008) appointed as Director in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) till June 20, 2027.
Prashant Kumar Meena (IOFS: 2011) appointed as Additional Commissioner in NESTS, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, till March 31, 2026.
Dr. Sudeepta Ghosh (ISS: 2010) appointed as Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs for five years.
Neeraj Kulhari (ICAS: 2011), Deputy Jute Commissioner, Kolkata, had his post re-designated to Director level till April 16, 2028.
Himanshu Roy (IRS IT: 2011), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceuticals, had his post re-designated to Director till September 4, 2028.
Kumar Saurabh Raj (IAS: 2011: PB), Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, had his post re-designated as Director till January 24, 2028.
Satish T J (IDAS: 2010), Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination at Staff Selection Commission, had his post re-designated to Director level till August 31, 2026.
Sagar Singh Kalsi (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) appointed as Director in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for five years.
Monika Rani (IDAS: 2010) appointed as Director in the Department of Justice till January 1, 2028.
