
The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the transfer and posting of several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the AGMUT cadre, effective immediately. The decision, approved by the Competent Authority, is part of a routine administrative reshuffle aimed at optimising governance across states and Union Territories.
The order was issued by Rakesh Kumar Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India (IDAS, 1993 batch). Among the transferred officers, three currently serving in Jammu and Kashmir have been reassigned to other states and Union Territories, while four IAS officers have been posted to Jammu and Kashmir.
The IAS officers involved in the reshuffle are as follows:

- Bipul Pathak (1992 batch) has been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Delhi.
- M Raju (2005 batch) has been moved from Puducherry to Jammu and Kashmir.
- Saugat Biswas (2006 batch) has been reassigned from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir.
- Rashmi Singh (2007 batch) has been shifted from Jammu and Kashmir to Delhi.
- Yasha Mudgal (2007 batch) has been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Puducherry.
- Ram Niwas Sharma (2010 batch) has been moved from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir.
- Y V V J Rajasekhar (2012 batch) has been posted from Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh.
- Nidhi Malik (2013 batch) has been reassigned from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir.
