Manish Kumar Gupta (IAS: 1991: AGMUT) has been appointed Principal Secretary (Home) for the Government of NCT of Delhi, succeeding Ashwani Kumar (IAS: 1992: AGMUT), now Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Delhi (MCD).
Shalabh Goel (IRSEE: 1989) has been named Managing Director of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) for five years or until his superannuation. Goel, previously the Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) of Western Railway’s vigilance wing, takes over following the resignation of Vinay Kumar Singh (IRSE: 1988).
Amar Singh (IRS IT: 2010) will serve as Private Secretary to Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav until September 2026.
Manoj Ahuja (IAS: 1990: OR), Secretary of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, has been repatriated to Odisha, likely to be the next Chief Secretary as Pradip Kumar Jena (IAS: 1989: OD) approaches retirement.
Nagesh Kumar B (IAS: 2014: TR) is appointed Private Secretary to Consumer Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi for five years.
Peeyush Kumar (IAS: 1997: AP), Additional Secretary in the Commerce Department, has been repatriated to Andhra Pradesh.
Mrinal Kumar Das (IRS IT: 2007) is now Director in the Department of Consumer Affairs, Delhi, for five years.
S S Nakul (IAS: 2010: KN) will serve as Private Secretary to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman until January 2026.
Dr. S Tejaswi Naik (IAS: 2009: MP) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Heavy Industries Minister H D Kumaraswamy until December 2027.
Vinay KaushaI (IRS IT: 2011) becomes Private Secretary to Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw until January 2027.
Anirudh Sravan Pulipaka (IAS: 2011: KN) is appointed Private Secretary to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman until September 2028.
